Explanation of Commercial Uses:
All-purpose cleaner: Oxy Bolt dilutes to clean virtually any surface - from equipment, engines, fueling pumps to vinyl, stainless steel, concrete, tile, and walls. Apply Oxy Bolt to outside walls with a power sprayer without worry of corrosion to equipment caused by an over spray. Indoor walls can be cleaned using Oxy Bolt in a 2 oz spray bottle.
Cleans grout & tiles: When activated, Oxy Bolt’s microbes penetrate surfaces where brushes can’t go!
Cleans engines, moving engine parts and auto parts: Auto scrubbers are notorious for breaking down. Not Oxy Bolt. Oxy Bolt will extend the life of lift seals, tanks, and moving parts. The Oxy Bolt solution actually self-cleans machines! Oxy Bolt is an excellent transmission cleaner.
Cleans grease and grime: Oxy Bolt employs powerful and unique microbes, which emit enzymes that lift, separate and liquefy grease and oil molecules. Grease buildup on or around drain covers is a hot spot for EPA inspections. If there are signs of buildup, then there are probably waste products being poured down the drain, and in most instances is unacceptable. Outside bay of doors is another EPA hot spot. If there is dumping of waste cleaning products (other than Oxy Bolt) in this area, there will be stains on the concrete, deterioration of asphalt, and rainbows in any standing water runoff. Oxy Bolt will remove grease buildup around drain covers, will clean the concrete outside of bay doors, and will get rid of rainbows when applied directly with a hand pressure sprayer.
Cleans painted and sealed surfaces: Oxy Bolt will not remove paint or sealants. It will extend the life of sealer coatings.
Use Oxy Bolt with pressure washing machinery: Oxy Bolt is ideal to use with pressure sprayers/washers to clean floors, walls, equipment, tools, concrete, and wherever safety, oil, grease petroleum waste and safety compliance is a problem. Oxy Bolt will not cause rusting or corrosion of equipment.

Petroleum fluids that drip from cars in parking lots, garages, and drive-thrus destroy concrete and asphalt, and track to other areas. Asphalt, parking lots and garages can be easily and safely cleaned with Oxy Bolt with a power sprayer/washer. Oxy Bolt can simply be sprayed on the affected area and the rain will wash off the oil! If there’s no rain in the forecast, wait 15 to 30 minutes after spraying on Oxy Bolt, and hose it off. Dry runoff areas, such as near diesel pumps, can be treated with a low-pressure canister sprayer routinely to help reduce contamination (and don’t forget to clean the fuel pump with Oxy Bolt).

Introduction to Bioremediation and Bio-augmentation
Nature can be divided into two groups of cells: eukaryotic, which are found in higher life forms such as plants and animals; and prokaryotic, which are lower forms of life such as bacteria.
Bacteria are single cell microorganisms that utilize many compounds as sources of carbon and energy, and are nature’s “scrubbers”. Bacteria naturally degrade and consume organic waste. The development of the technology that allows the selective culturing of specific bacterium has increased the utilization of bacteria for the remediation of waste oil and grease in the last few years.
The main function of bacteria is to reproduce, and they must metabolize (degrade and consume) organic compounds (hydrocarbons) and other essential nutrients to obtain energy for reproduction. To do this, bacteria create enzymes that break down organic compounds.
It’s as simple as A - B - C:
A - Bacteria secrete enzymes that liquefy oil, grease, waste and other organic compounds.
B - Bacteria then absorbs, consumes and eliminates the liquefied wastes, and delivers water and carbon dioxide as by-products.
C - Bacteria continue to reproduce continuously until all waste is eliminated.
Microbes, which are these same bacteria, are not new or dangerous. They are the basic life form responsible for the regeneration of waste on our planet. They are all around us ...on us...and Yes, even in us!
Microbes degrade organic waste (anything with carbon in it; plant life, sugars, protein, oil, sewage) and have been used for centuries to produce dairy products and beer.
Bioremediation can be defined as any process that uses microbes or their enzymes to return an environment altered by contaminants to its original condition. It is the term for the process that results in the changing of harmful and toxic waste products into beneficial ones through consumption and digestion of the waste. An example is the removal of grease and oil from a floor and the chemical change of the oil to carbon dioxide and water.
Bioremediation is not new. It’s been around and used for centuries. Think of composting, which is the purposeful use of bioremediation to degrade organic matter such as yard and food waste into useful soil.
Bioaugmentation is the term for the process of introducing natural microbes (bacteria) to stimulate, enhance and accelerate the bioremediation process. This is the process utilized by Oxy Bolt.
Oxy Bolt introduces natural, ordinary microbes into a dirty, greasy, oily, environment to clean and restore the environment to its natural/original condition.

How does Oxy Bolt Consume & Eliminate Grease, Oil and Waste?
The Problem: Fatty acids bond to glycerol to form a grease molecule. Grease molecules are difficult to remove because they are not water-soluble (they don’t dissolve in water). The grease molecules stick together in water, and that’s why grease will clog drains, pipes, and will stain clothes, surfaces, etc.
What happens when you add normal solvents, emulsifiers, or degreasers?
The oil/grease molecules separate, but they are simply “relocated.” The grease molecules are not eliminated. They are still present, but they are suspended. The grease molecule itself remains intact, and will reattach to other suspended grease molecules once.
So, the grease hasn’t been eliminated. The grease has simply been separated and moved.
What happens when you add enzymes?
Microbes (bacteria) produce enzymes. Enzymes do more than degreasers. Enzymes are not living organisms, but when introduced to grease molecules, they break down the bonds between fatty acids to make the grease molecule water-soluble (dissolvable in water). The problem, however, still isn’t solved. The fatty acids can still collide, and reattach themselves to form grease molecules. That’s why you still have grease and oil remaining after using “enzyme” based cleansers!
The Solution – OXY BOLT!
Oxy Bolt employs state-of-the art cleaning and rinsing agents plus bio-stimulants that produce billions of enzyme producing, grease eating microbes (living microorganisms) that sever apart the grease molecules, literally into bite size pieces!

1. Fill container 90% with water (warm if available).
2. Add measured amount of Oxy Bolt (see below).
3. Stir to mix (Oxy Bolt is lighter than water).

In a 5 gal on container add 4 ½ gallons of water and a 1lb container of Oxy Bolt. Stir to mix
